Livewell clients peeled, chopped, whizzed and sizzled up a delicious spread during our Winter Cook and Eat session with Rania, Aimee and the Livewell team/volunteers.
We prepared delicious, healthy dishes of less than 500 calories from around the world including Manhattan Chowder, Kale and Barley Bites, Kale Crisps, Mushroom Stroganoff, Aubergine Dip and Caribbean Treat Muffins.
The best bit is that we all tucked in at the end.
