I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Level 3 qualifications in Personal Training and GP Referral. After completing my studies, I worked for Derby City Council as a fitness instructor before joining the Livewell team in 2014.

I’ve been a Livewell advisor for the last five years and it’s a really rewarding job. I’ve probably helped over 400 people in Derby to change their lives in that time.

Passions/interests
I enjoy playing or watching all sport - football, boxing, cricket, darts anything competitive. I like to travel and hope to able to tick off a lot more places to visit in the next few years.

Probably getting my BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
What you might be surprised to know
As a keen traveller, I am a bit of geek when abroad. I love seeing all the sights, participating in walking tours, speaking to locals and trying local delicacies.
