A fun and supportive programme for adults with learning and other disabilities to lose and manage their weight. Our specialist advisor works with carers and the individual to develop a flexible plan of healthy eating advice and exercise sessions that cater for any physical and emotional difficulties.
Through our partnership with the Rams, we support men to get fitter, eat better and manage their weight using exercise and nutrition regimes followed by DCFC players. Our sociable group activities include an 8-week weight management course, walking football, circuits, bootcamp, badminton and more.
