Activities range from trampolining to smoothie making, gym sessions to BoxFit, providing education around fitness and nutrition in a fun and caring environment. The project improves confidence, self-esteem and makes sure everyone’s enjoying themselves along the way.

A fun and supportive programme for adults with learning and other disabilities to lose and manage their weight. Our specialist advisor works with carers and the individual to develop a flexible plan of healthy eating advice and exercise sessions that cater for any physical and emotional difficulties.
