Get fit and elf-y this December with our Active Advent Challenge.

Each day for two weeks from Monday 4 December, we'll reveal an amazing activity or home workout bought to you by our dedicated team of elf-y Advisors for you to enjoy at home and stay active.  

Each fun workout will demonstrate what to do, how to do it and how long for.  You can do most at home and re-watch the videos as many times as needed before you start. Feel free to even repeat and get your friends, family or work colleagues involved.  

So get ready to push yours-ELF with some festive fun along the way!

Monday 4 December - Christmas Circuits with Niamh
Join advisor, Niamh for this fun 10-15 minute workout over on our Youtube Channel.  

Tuesday 5 December - Seasonal Squats
Today we challenge you to complete squats throughout the day. Use a chair to sit down and stand up as an alternative. If you are feeling brave, change them to squat jumps or squats with an added weight.

You can complete them whilst making a festive brew, in between dancing along to Christmas classics or in between wrapping presents!

Wednesday 6 December - Chrimbo Cardio Punch with Joe
Join advisor, Joe and build your boxing elf esteem with this fun cardio workout.

Thursday 7 December - Snow Angel Jumping Jacks
Elfie is busy with some Christmas events today but has set a challenge based on his favourite activity - making snow angels. He would like you to complete a certain amount of jumping jacks throughout the day.  An alternative - half-jacks or seated jumping jacks. Challenge option - complete them all in one go or make it into a star jump coming off the floor.

Friday 8 December - Comet's Crunches with Kellie
Five abdominal exercises to burn off those mince pies and work your core in this 10-15 minutes workout.

Saturday 9 December - Sleigh the Weights with Stu
Join Stu for this full body workout which includes five exercises and can be completed with or without weights.

Sunday 10 December - Walking in a Winter Wonderland
Boost your step count today by walking in your favourite place, joining a festive trail or looking around a Christmas market

Monday 11 December - Yule Yoga with Becky
Ease the stresses of this busy time of year whilst improving your balance as advisor, Becky takes you through a relaxing five minute Yoga workout.

Tuesday 12 December - Winter Warmers
Have yourself a Burpee Little Christmas by completing this energetic move which builds strength and endurance whilst burning calories and boosting fitness.  Do full burpees if you're brave or replace with halfees (touch your toes then reach for the ceiling).  Do a few throughout the day and aim for one of the levels below as your total.

Friday 15 December - Christmas Cheer Fit with Liveability 
Join advisor, Mark and the tree-mendous Liveability crew in this seated workout. Use bottles of water or tins of food instead of weights.

Saturday 15 December – Elf Endurance with Yasmin
Unleash your Elf mode with this fun and festive 20 minute workout.

Sunday 16 December- 12 days of Christmas workout with Joe and Andy
“On the first day of Christmas, my advisor gave to me….”  This elf-tastic boxing based workout can be completed two ways!
