Our new four-week team challenge is designed to spice up your motivation for walking so you can achieve your fitness goals!

It runs from Monday 1st until Sunday 28th August and we want you to get involved.

So get your trackers and apps ready as we hike our way virtually to popular holiday destinations during August.   

There are four virtual locations to choose from:

  • Level One – Mablethorpe = 92 miles
  • Level Two – Wales = 113 miles
  • Level Three – Ireland = 294 miles
  • Level Four – Paris = 372 miles

This challenge is all about team spirit. Your team can consist of your family, friends, children, co-workers or even your dog. 

Make those miles count – lace up your walking shoes and achieve your fitness goals together!

Clients - what you need to do

  1. To sign up please email your advisor and tell them which level you’re aiming for. 
  2. Pick your team – family, friends, even your dog and share the miles between you.
  3. Start counting from 1 August (manually or using a fitness app) and share your progress on our Facebook page, in our Facebook group and on Twitter
  4. Email your advisor every week to give them an update on how many miles you've completed.  This will enable them to motivate and support you!
  5. If you successfully complete the challenge, your advisor will arrange for your free digital certificate to be emailed to you.  

Public/walkers/volunteers - what you need to do
