Our friends over at Derby County Community Trust have launched a new rehabilitation and exercise programme called Active Recovery.
The free 12-month programme will support people in Derbyshire who have been recovering from or are living with cancer within the last five years.
Close links with Derby Royal Hospital will allow the programme to have a greater reach amongst those affected.
Whole host of activities for under £1 a week
Our friends at Derby County Community Trust have launched a new physical activity programme for anyone aged 16 and over called Everybody Active.
The affordable membership replaces DCCT's Active Ewe and Active Supporters programmes offering a more sustainable solution through a £50 annual fee (£25 for those on means tested benefits).
There’s a huge range of classes including DanceFit, Bootcamp, HiiT, Spin, Stretch & Relax and Football in addition to selected Livewell sessions.
